Question about my Hamster?

Hi!^^ I have a teddy bear hamster name Wayne. He is about 1 year old now. At night, he usually, when he was young...he woke up almost after 9p.m. or 10p.m. But now he wakes up at 7p.m. (I think it's because I usually let my hamsters explore my house and they always bites the bars to make noises...so I always let them free) So...my question is: Is this NORMAL for Wayne?
