My phone isn't working.?

It is a land line phone, there are three phones that are hooked in to it, 2 wired ones, one wireless one, when I pick it up I don't hear anything, no busy noise, no dial tone, no nothing, yet when I pick up my wireless one I hear this faint and low buzzing noise. Can any one help me?
