Is there a ghost in my house?

Ok, so I moved into this house about a month ago, and i do know that a lady did die while living in this house, the thing is is that she died in the hospital. Now the story just gets wierder, lately i have been having dreams about our house being haunted, very wierd dreams, and also when i am chillin in my basement, i hear like flip flop noises on the stairs, my dog also hears the noises i hear and starts barking at them, now five minutes ago, i got freaked out in my basement, so i came up stairs to find this horrible odor, it smells almost like sperm. please help, idk what to do.
