I want to claim damages from bottoming out my car multiple times. What do I say?

It's happened multiple times over a few months. I've brought it to a mechanic and he says at least my AC was damaged over the course of that time (it needs a new condenser). My front left side is making all kinds of noises because of it, and just now I screwed up the front right side as well. What do I tell them? What will they ask? I have AARP in Connecticut.
