wow. I liked Cesar Millan, but if he said that, I agree with u. he's an IDIOT. I now hate him. Why would somebody do that? I think YOUR doing the right thing ignoring her. I'm very sorry, but I can't help u with the problem as I am sometimes in the same situation with my mum.
