Have 2 male pitbulls and want to kno how neuturing will change behavior.?

I have 2 male pitbulls, one 3 year old blue nose and a 1 and a half year old gator pit, that both havent been neutured. I just got the blue nose 2 days ago from a friend and have had the gator since he was a month old. When the dogs are together the gator wants to play and the blue nose snarls and starts to growl and nip. Both dogs try to mount each other however, only the blue nose gets aggressive. Will neuturing both dogs take way the aggression to the degree of them being able to get along (without the growling and nipping)?.....or what else can be done to help them co-exist?
