Men, do you care about the size of a womans? ?

Areolas? The darker part around the nipple? I have never let a guy see my breasts because I am embarrassed of how big mine are and I am so self conscious. I don't want him to be turned off. I don't know what to do. I've been with this guy for a year and he wants to see my boobs but I never let him because I'm so scared to show him :( I feel so much self hate because of it. I know guys call girls "pepperoni nips and pancake nipples" and they think its funny but its not.. Its hurtful and I'm so sad
