Would I get a written up as a sex offender?

I am 17, keep that in mind. I am dealing with some drama over the internet, (with this girl whom is also 17.) She sent me nudes of her (no nips or vag showing). The pictures where posted up on a site, and she said she was going to call the cops and get me in court, (we live in two different states) she always has hacked my accounts, and keeps calling my mothers work, no I never met this girl. I know I will get a lot of sarcastic answers, but this is a legit serious matter. She said I would be sent to juvy and wrote up as a sexual offender for posting the pictures. Yet she's the one who gave them to me, and has been hacking all my acounts changing the passwords and going through my stuff and harrasing me and my mother. What do you think would I get wrote as a sexual offender and get juvy? I know I already asked this, but my friend said I am underage and so is she, so we can't get in trouble, and I tech can't be a pedo when she's two months older.
