Got nipples pierced last week, maybe be infected?

I got my nips pierced last week and i noticed the balls where trying to go into the skin, like embed them selves in my nips. So I went to the store got some longer bars, came home cleaned the bars and balls with antibacterial soap, and my holes with antibacterial soap and put the new ones in. Now my left nip is alittle swollen and my actual breat hurts. NO puss is coming from either holes, not hot to the touch on my nip or breast. Is it possible that i hit something while putting the bar back in thats making my breast hurt? Ne one have any ideas as to why its doing this? Or is it just tender from changing them out? I had to or the balls on the last one could have gone in my nips!
